Shipping Policy

At SASKIA Spa, we carefully prepare and pack every order so it reaches you in perfect condition.

Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or for reasons outside our control.

Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped with Bosta. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by SMS or email, and the courier will contact you before delivery.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you complete your payment.

Failed Delivery
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a delivery fails because of incorrect details or because the recipient could not be reached, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. For details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
